Zebra’s RFD90 Ultra-Rugged UHF RFID Sleds are built for harsh conditions, tested for 6-foot (1.8-meter) drops to concrete and sealed to industrial-grade dual IP65 and IP67 ratings. Both the standard-range RFD9030 Sled and long-range RFD9090 Sled provide industry-leading read rates of 1,300 tags per second, an ultra-accurate item-finder mode, a tri-function user-programmable trigger and Wi-Fi 6 capability for easy device management. Changeable eConnex™ adaptors and charging cradles support rugged Zebra mobile computers, while integrated Bluetooth® 5.3 connectivity supports third-party smartphones.

With a robust read rate of 1,300 tags per second, RFD90 Sleds enable rapid inventory counts and increase workflow accuracy. The RFD9030 Sled offers a standard read range of 22 feet (6.7 meters), while the RFD9090 Sled features an extended range of 75 feet (22.9 meters). The ultra-accurate item-finder mode helps workers locate critical items quickly and easily. The tri-function user-programmable trigger offers easy access to RFID reading, barcode scanning and other features appropriate to fit the demands of your workflows. And with a 7,000 mAh battery, RFD90 Sleds keep going hour after hour.

Flexible Connectivity

RFD90 Sleds are compatible with almost any mobile device. Zebra eConnex™ adaptors allow you to mount a broad selection of rugged Zebra mobile computers, while the OtterBox uniVERSE adaptor provides support for many third-party smartphones. Integrated Bluetooth® 5.3 wireless capability connects to almost any Android™, iOS or Windows device. Device pairing is easily accomplished using NFC tap to pair, pair by camera, and Scan-To-Connect options.

Remote Management

Built-in Wi-Fi 6 allows easy over-the-air (OTA) device management even when the sled doesn’t have a mobile computer or smartphone attached. Optimize performance and support new features by deploying firmware and configuration updates without having to touch every device.

Return Policy

  • 30-Day Returns: Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • RMA Required: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from NMH Tech, Inc. before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Return Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, serial numbers, and documentation.

  • Restocking Fee: Approved standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • No Restocking Fee: The fee does not apply to verified defective products, incorrect products shipped by NMH Tech, or material product-description errors attributable to NMH Tech.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping, freight, insurance, and packaging costs unless the return is due to a verified NMH Tech error.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, handling, expedited delivery, and other service charges are generally nonrefundable.

  • Nonreturnable Products: Software, licenses, subscriptions, digital products, special/custom orders, configured products, clearance/final-sale items, opened consumables, and opened medical or hygiene-sensitive products are generally nonreturnable.

  • Damaged or Incomplete Returns: Returns that are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or missing original packaging or accessories may be refused or receive a reduced refund.

  • Defective Products: Defective products should be reported promptly. Troubleshooting, photographs, serial numbers, or manufacturer information may be required before approval.

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Certain defective products may be handled directly through the applicable manufacturer or authorized warranty provider.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received, inspected, and accepted, generally to the original payment method.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase and approved RMA information must accompany all returns.

  • Terms: This Return Policy should be read together with the NMH Tech, Inc. Terms & Conditions. In case of conflict, the applicable Terms & Conditions will control.

Shipping Details

  • Standard Shipping: In-stock orders are generally delivered within 5 business days after order acceptance and payment verification.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: A $19.99 flat standard shipping charge applies to eligible orders with an order value below $500.00.

  • Free Shipping: Eligible orders with an order value of $500.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated.

  • Order Cutoff: Daily cutoff time is 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Overnight Shipping: Eligible in-stock Overnight orders placed before 4:00 PM ET generally ship the same business day. Overnight and other expedited shipping charges are separate from standard flat-rate or free-shipping offers.

  • After Cutoff: Expedited orders received after 4:00 PM ET will generally ship the next business day.

  • Availability: Shipping times are subject to product availability, payment clearance, order verification, warehouse processing, and carrier availability.
