NMH Tech, Inc. accepts returns of eligible products within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

• RMA Required: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.
• Return Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in resalable condition with original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, serial numbers, and documentation.
• Restocking Fee: Approved standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The fee does not apply to verified NMH Tech shipping errors, qualifying defects, or material product-description errors.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping, freight, insurance, and packaging unless the return results from a verified NMH Tech error.
• Nonrefundable Charges: Original shipping, freight, handling, expedited delivery, installation, and special-service charges are generally nonrefundable.
• Nonreturnable Products: Software licenses, activated or downloaded digital products, special-order or configured products, manufacturer-restricted items, opened consumables, and certain opened medical or hygiene-sensitive products may be final sale.
• Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection and approval before credit or refund is issued.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected, and accepted.
