ATEN PSD PP v4.0 Secure KVM Switch CS1148DP4C is compliant with PSD PP v4.0 (Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing Device, Version 4.0) standard certified by the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP).

ATEN PSD PP v4.0 Secure KVM Switch CS1148DP4C provides isolation between computer sources and peripherals while sharing a single keyboard, mouse, monitor, speaker set, and Common Access Card (CAC) reader between connected computers of various security classifications. Compliance with PSD PP v4.0 ensures peripheral sharing capabilities provide maximum user data security when switching port focus, preventing unauthorized data flows or leakage between connected sources. Key protections include isolation and unidirectional data flow, restricted peripheral connectivity and filtering, user data protection, configurable device filtration and management, strict audio filtration, and always-on tamper-proof design, keeping sensitive assets isolated and providing advanced security and a user friendly design for instantly secure deployment.

Return Policy

  • 30-Day Returns: Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: Approved standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • No Restocking Fee: The fee does not apply to verified defective products, incorrect products shipped by NMH Tech, or material product-description errors attributable to NMH Tech.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping, freight, insurance, and packaging costs unless the return is due to a verified NMH Tech error.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, handling, expedited delivery, and other service charges are generally nonrefundable.

  • Nonreturnable Products: Software, licenses, subscriptions, digital products, special/custom orders, configured products, clearance/final-sale items, opened consumables, and opened medical or hygiene-sensitive products are generally nonreturnable.

  • Damaged or Incomplete Returns: Returns that are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or missing original packaging or accessories may be refused or receive a reduced refund.

  • Defective Products: Defective products should be reported promptly. Troubleshooting, photographs, serial numbers, or manufacturer information may be required before approval.

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Certain defective products may be handled directly through the applicable manufacturer or authorized warranty provider.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received, inspected, and accepted, generally to the original payment method.
