That means high speed—each port is capable of data transfer speeds up to 40Gbps, the maximum rate available through a USB-C port. But data isn’t the only thing flowing through these ports. Thanks to intelligent power handling, you’ll also get up to 15W of charging power for each of your connected devices, evenly distributed across the ports to ensure a balanced load. And because this USB4 dock ships with the latest certified firmware from Intel, you can count on smooth operation.

Because the USB 4 hub is Thunderbolt certified and built around a Goshen Ridge chipset, your USB-C, Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, and USB4 devices are supported, too. And don’t worry if you’re not sure what your system supports. The USB4-HUB3A will detect your computer’s capabilities and adjust accordingly.

The Beauty of 8K is on Display
Don’t limit yourself to the confines of a little laptop screen. With this multiport hub, connect up to two 4K 60Hz displays or one 8K 30Hz display to a USB4 or Thunderbolt 4 PC or a Thunderbolt 3 or USB4 Mac (M1 Macs are limited to one display). It even comes with a USB-C to HDMI 2.0 adapter to make connecting that second screen all the easier. It’s worth noting that external display support is dependent on host computer’s capabilities.

Return Policy

  • 30-Day Returns: Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • RMA Required: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from NMH Tech, Inc. before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Return Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, serial numbers, and documentation.

  • Restocking Fee: Approved standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • No Restocking Fee: The fee does not apply to verified defective products, incorrect products shipped by NMH Tech, or material product-description errors attributable to NMH Tech.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping, freight, insurance, and packaging costs unless the return is due to a verified NMH Tech error.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, handling, expedited delivery, and other service charges are generally nonrefundable.

  • Nonreturnable Products: Software, licenses, subscriptions, digital products, special/custom orders, configured products, clearance/final-sale items, opened consumables, and opened medical or hygiene-sensitive products are generally nonreturnable.

  • Damaged or Incomplete Returns: Returns that are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or missing original packaging or accessories may be refused or receive a reduced refund.

  • Defective Products: Defective products should be reported promptly. Troubleshooting, photographs, serial numbers, or manufacturer information may be required before approval.

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Certain defective products may be handled directly through the applicable manufacturer or authorized warranty provider.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received, inspected, and accepted, generally to the original payment method.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase and approved RMA information must accompany all returns.

Shipping Details

  • Standard Shipping: In-stock orders are generally delivered within 5 business days after order acceptance and payment verification.

  • Order Cutoff: Daily cutoff time is 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Overnight Shipping: Eligible in-stock Overnight orders placed before 4:00 PM ET generally ship the same business day.

  • After Cutoff: Expedited orders received after 4:00 PM ET will generally ship the next business day.

  • Availability: Shipping times are subject to product availability, payment clearance, order verification, warehouse processing, and carrier availability.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
