ATEN PSD PP v4.0 Secure KVM Switch CS1142D4 is compliant with PSD PP v4.0 (Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing Device, Version 4.0) standard certified by the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP).

ATEN PSD PP v4.0 Secure KVM Switch CS1142D4 provides isolation between computer sources and peripherals while sharing a single keyboard, mouse, monitor, and speaker set between connected computers of various security classifications. Compliance with PSD PP v4.0 ensures peripheral sharing capabilities provide maximum user data security when switching port focus, preventing unauthorized data flows or leakage between connected sources. Key protections include isolation and unidirectional data flow, restricted peripheral connectivity and filtering, user data protection, configurable device filtration and management, strict audio filtration, and always-on tamper-proof design, keeping sensitive assets isolated and providing advanced security and a user friendly design for instantly secure deployment.

To enhance security, ATEN PSD PP v4.0 Secure KVM Switch CS1142D4 only offers manual switching methods including front panel pushbuttons and Remote Port Selector (RPS) 1. With multi – layered security, ATEN PSD PP v4.0 Secure KVM Switch CS1142D4 ensures high-level desktop security and data safekeeping for applications such as government and military agencies, healthcare providers, banking and finance institutions, and other organizations that often handle sensitive or confidential data on separate networks.

Return Policy

  • 30-Day Returns: Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • RMA Required: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from NMH Tech, Inc. before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Return Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, serial numbers, and documentation.

  • Restocking Fee: Approved standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • No Restocking Fee: The fee does not apply to verified defective products, incorrect products shipped by NMH Tech, or material product-description errors attributable to NMH Tech.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping, freight, insurance, and packaging costs unless the return is due to a verified NMH Tech error.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, handling, expedited delivery, and other service charges are generally nonrefundable.

  • Nonreturnable Products: Software, licenses, subscriptions, digital products, special/custom orders, configured products, clearance/final-sale items, opened consumables, and opened medical or hygiene-sensitive products are generally nonreturnable.

  • Damaged or Incomplete Returns: Returns that are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or missing original packaging or accessories may be refused or receive a reduced refund.

  • Defective Products: Defective products should be reported promptly. Troubleshooting, photographs, serial numbers, or manufacturer information may be required before approval.

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Certain defective products may be handled directly through the applicable manufacturer or authorized warranty provider.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received, inspected, and accepted, generally to the original payment method.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase and approved RMA information must accompany all returns.

  • Standard Shipping: In-stock orders are generally delivered within 5 business days after order acceptance and payment verification.

  • Overnight Shipping: Eligible in-stock Overnight orders placed before 4:00 PM ET generally ship the same business day.

  • After Cutoff: Expedited orders received after 4:00 PM ET will generally ship the next business day.

  • Availability: Shipping times are subject to product availability, payment clearance, order verification, warehouse processing, and carrier availability.
